When Jim left the Royal Canadian Mountain Police to open the first franchise of Boston Pizza and Spaghetti House he never imagined that the company would grow to what it is today. In this episode of Dragons' Den we get a behind the scenes look of what makes up the DNA of a Dragon as we follow Jim to his hometown of Virden, Manitoba where Boston Pizza celebrates the grand opening of it's first restaurant in the town. We then follow Jim on his journey to the Dominican Republic with Canadian charity Live Different as Jim and his team from the Boston Pizza Foundation Future Prospects build houses for a community in need.
